Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, United Allergy Services is the oldest, largest and most comprehensive allergy services provider in the country. We partner with primary care physicians, pulmonologists, ENT physicians, pediatricians, internal medicine physicians, and health care systems to offer in-office allergy testing and treatment for environmental allergies and testing for food allergies. Our immunotherapy allergy shots and Allergy Allay Drops® provide long-term relief for those who suffer from environmental allergies.

Since our founding in 2009 when we only operated in three states, we’ve grown to 270+ employees and work with more than 2,500 practitioners across 20+ states. We’ve conducted more than 575,000 allergy and food sensitivity tests and served over 350,000 allergy care patients with 36+ million immunotherapy treatments in our allergy care clinics. By empowering doctors to safely administer allergy testing and immunotherapy treatment, UAS has effectively expanded access to immunotherapy to more than 100 million Americans suffering from environmental, airborne, food, and other allergies.
