Providers that order an allergy testing kit will receive all the materials and guidance required to be able to offer on-site allergy testing confidently and comfortably.
Allergy testing kit orders include a virtual orientation, online learning modules, and instructions for your entire practice. A dedicated phone support center is available to address any clinical questions or concerns you have regarding patients, business management, billing support, and replenishment orders.
Environmental Allergy Testing Kit
Orientation & Startup with 12-Month Subscription (Minimums Apply)
Allergy test for 54 regionally relevant environmental allergens, including trees, grasses, weeds, molds, pets, and more. Environmental allergy test kit subscription includes:
- Allergen extracts
- Skin prick testers, allergen dip trays and holding trays
- Diluent packs for immunotherapy dilution
- Screening, testing and ordering forms
- Patient education and marketing materials
- Access to online learning tools on setting up testing trays, performing the allergy test, preparing the immunotherapy, and much more
- Access to highly trained and qualified customer support team during normal business hours
Food Allergy Testing Kit
Orientation & Startup with 12-Month Subscription (Minimums Apply)
Test for 23 unique food allergens, including specific panels for adult and pediatric patients. Food allergy test kit subscription includes:
- Food allergen extracts for approximately 150 allergy tests
- Skin prick testers, allergen dip trays and holding trays
- Screening, testing and ordering forms
- Patient education and marketing materials
- Food allergen and marketing material replacement available at retail cost as listed on the price sheet
- Access to highly trained and qualified customer support team during normal business hours
Immunotherapy Compounding
Environmental immunotherapy formulations and master vials created, packaged, and shipped from a licensed and certified 503A pharmacy. All immunotherapy is patient-specific and by prescription only.
Dual Vial Set
- Master and maintenance vials of both mold and airborne allergens
- Packaged with color coded vials for easy serial dilution by practice staff
- Formulation instruction key provided with each order
Single Vial Set (Either Mold or Airborne Allergens)
- One full year supply of treatment
Segment (Fully Formulated for Immediate Patient Use)
- Packaged and delivered in pump vial
- Each segment is comprised of 3 Maintenance Vials
